The best way to reduce your Body Mass Index is to reduce the calories you eat/drink and be more physically active.
Diets and weight loss products are great for people initially beginning to lower their Body Mass Index, but for continued maintenance you should incorporate adjusting your caloric intake and participating in some type of physical activity.
